a buddy of mine bought a comp engineering cage for his nova and he had to cut and notch every bar, i didn't wanna have to do that , another buddy of mine had an s & w bar in a stang he used to have and i really liked the way it looked and went together so when he needed a cage for his ranger i bummed a ride with him to s & w and we picked them up and saved on shipping ( he used his work truck so we didnt' have to pay gas ) plus we got a few bucks knocked off the price because we got them together

you people don't know how to make bologna cuts with a drillpress and a hole saw? saves you lots of time from grinding it away, you still have to smooth out the edges some.... just like building a motorcycle frame from tubing.

I don't have the room in my garage for a drill press, let alone one with enough space around it to hold a 4 foot long pipe at a 45 degree angle while I use the drill press. Having a cold saw would have saved a lot of time though. Cutting that tubing with a angle grinder was a bitch and I almost lost a finger at least 5 times.

I was wearing welding gloves, sometimes those angle ginders kick back though, especially cutting pipe that is that big. I suppose a sawzall would have been better.
