Its all relative to the cam being used. I had them on an engine with a cam that was a little on the small side in the lift department for the heads that were on the car. If I didn't already have a cam for my other engine I'd use these rockers on that engine but I already had a cam ground for 1.6 rockers. 1.7 rockers will take an F cam from .512 lift to .544 lift.

gt40 intake f303 cam 1.6 rr's 65mm tb 24lb injectors 73mm maf and other basic bolt ons with full slicks and 3:73's it ran 12.86@111 with horrible 60ft...like 2.30 or something like that

You are most definitely correct and .512 is way over kill for stock springs as well.

Your 60 foot is what is killing you. When I said basic bolt ons I meant untouched engine from intake to oil pan. Your 60 foot should be in the 1.6-1.7 area so you can probably figure 12.20s or better if you get your 60 foot in check.

well idk what it problem was..besides the sub-frame connectors, caster camber plates, and strut tower brace, my suspsension is pretty stacked...and i ran hoosier slicks..and my driver was my uncle that drag race's every weekend during the summer for 25yrs now..so idk

what roughly is the most life you can run with the stock reliefs? cuz im running my f303 with 1.6's for now..i have comp springs rated to .560" lift...

Depends on valve timing. The valve timing events effect valve to pistons clearance more than lift does. Lift is a minor player in the game.
