The 93 Cobra were 4-lugs---all 93 street Cobras were 4-lug.

As for which Fox-body Mustangs came with 5-lugs, I'll tell ya: 84-86 SVOs and all 107 93 Cobra Rs.

Like P-351 said, 93 street Cobras are 4 lug and the SVOs and Cobra Rs were 5 lug.
