What is the correct setting for a 94 gt with 24 pound injectors, When I get a fuel pressure regulator and a 255 I want to know what the setting is, I thinks it 40 at idle or something right?

I thought that someone said 40 at idle was right? Would this change since I have stock cams and heads, but I have a gt 40 intake. ALso I plan on getting gt 40 heads in the future so what type of cam does everyone recommend?
