or check out CHP (coasthigh.com)

^ I think thats their website. I would go with CHP over DSS though.

yeah, i was wondering the same thing. there are many different prices and combinations. there is like a $800 kit and then there are $1200+ kits. is there alot of difference in the kits besides the price? I just want a 347 stroker, not the best motor in the world. Will the $800 kit work for me with the tf top end?

347 Advice

i would for sure go with Coast High Performance at least for the kit. Reason being is the CHP or Probe kit "same company" makes their pistons and a thing with the other kits is the oil ring intersects the wrist pin and is know to use oil and not last. CHP has designed their own pistons where the oil rign does not intersect the wrist pin. DSS makes a killer block but very $$$. I bought a 347 crate from CHP with 11:1 compression AFR 185 heads stud girdle, windage tray and their Spyder intake whole package blueprinted and balanced for about $6300. The motor ripppsss!! I have it in a 93 notch and it is AWESOME!!!

The difference in the price of prob with a forged crank, etc. You really dont need that. You should be able to go with just a basic street kit.

N/A, Nitrous or Forced Induction?

^ +1 It depends on ALOT of things.

Cam specs, heads, intake, comp ratio, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Yea, I have a soundclip from when I just installed them. Its just at idle though. This is from a stock 93 GT with stock headers and stock midpipe.

DSS, Coast High, AD Performance, etc. Or piece it together yourself. The first question that needs to be answered is are you going to use a factory production block? If so then go cheap and buy an Eagle cast 3.4 stroke crank and Eagle I beam rods. A cast crank and I beam rods will out last the production block. I have sucessfully used Eagle cast cranks in the past in relatively high horsepower applications. I wouldn't waste money on forged pistons for a production block UNLESS you plan on using nitrous or forced induction.
