One bad thing after another!!!

I have recently ran into a streak of bad luck.First my 302 goes then the 408 I bought was screwed up.It needed 84 pounds to move the crank.I am now stuck not knowing what I am gonna do,mabey its time to bring out the dart 8.2 block.I also ended up with some heads for the 408 I ended up buying from woody. They are some RHS 215cc heads. They will work on a 347-400+ sb.I am stuck because I really wanted a 351 stroked and dont have the money to do it the way I want. What do you guys think?I have the heads so far but will need everything else if I go 351.I will be making a decision by friday,so if anyone had anything for sale for my setup pm.If not just give me advice. Thanks

I am not sure but I think it had a bent rod.I talked to woody and he said it wasnt supposed to take 84 pounds to turn the crank.
