Question about clutch, throw out bearing?

So on my car when I'm in neutral idling and I push the clutch in I get an RPM drop of about 200rpms. Is this normal? I was thinking the throw out bearing was bad and is putting a load on the engine but it doesn't make any noise. What do you guys think?
