need help asap, pulling off dash to get to heater core
do i have to pull off thae part that the headlight switch and emergency flashers come on?

yeah. You are going to have to take the entire dash off and the gauge cluster. If you take out the passenger seat ( 4 bolts ) it makes it much easier. Once you do it once the next time goes much quicker. Good luck with it.

flathead screw driver, push the clips on the switches in then pull it out, don't break them though, i think it's like $50 for a new one

i think they are on both sides (door and steering wheel) you only need to pry one side to slide it out

the switches stay on the bezel once u have it loose there are 4 clips holdint the wires on the switches those clips are designed in a way so if u just grip the wires and pull they will come off. u might want to wear a glove cause u will most likely cut the shit out of your hand when the clip comes off and your hand smashes into the dash. push them in before u pull them it seems to loosen it a lil.
