stalling

ok this has happened twice since i put my explorer intake on, ill be doin 30-40 mph and slow down cuz im coming up to a turn put the clutch in and rite when i start to turn the car will stall/die, then i have to turn with no p/s or p/b and then start it again after i turn. what could this be? i suspect ten pin connectors, my car has had the jumper ten pins installed by ford some time ago.
