rocker noise!!! Help.
I just put a set of roller tip rockers on my 5.0 when i changed the cam. I have stud mount rockers and i have done the adjustment the same way i have always adjusted rockers and there is still noise. I roll the push rod with one hand and tighten down the rocker till it takes out all the lash being sure not to compress my hydraulic lifter then i went a half a turn past and they are noise as hell. pulled valve covers and went a quarter turn more and still no help. any ideas????

You don't have a clearance issue with the body of the rocker and the valve spring do you?

No issues with clearance and im not running into coil bind. what is the farthest anyone has ran down their rockers after zero lash.

if i remember right 3/4 turn past zero lash is already kinda high.....not too high but on average i think people usually do less....its sounding like thats not the problem
