Relocation


I am planning on relocating the battery in my trunk of my notchback and I was trying to find some opinions and reasons why for your opinions for which side to mount the battery for teh best possible affects.

i welded 2 pieces of angle iron across the spare tire well so i could mount the battery close to the center

Depends on how much you use your trunk. If you are just doing it to make the engine bay cleaner, just put it in the most convenient place for you in the trunk. Otherwise the idea is to offset the driver weight and get the weight to the rear. Right and back.
