Modz


92 mustang gt 5.0 with headers, intake, exaust, and cam. Short shifter and shift light. With drag's on the back what would i be running at ? possible mid 12s?

12's... maybe... mid 12's, I doubt. You'd have to remove alot of weight.

mid 12s is very optimistic. with practice mid to low 13s...maybe 12.99

get some gears and you've got a chance at 12s

If the rest of your car is stock..... Low 14's at best.

low 14s at best??? at best a completely stock 5oh goes low 14s and some stockers even go 13.9. he's got a couple of mods so depending on altitude, traction, and driving ability he should be able to get into the 13s...

Heres a nice website that has some quarter mile times and I assume with good drivers. I don't have a 90 so I wouldn't know for sure.

Those look like they were all pulled from magazines. They are wrong. Typically magazine tests are a bit slower than what the car is capable of because they don't play with launch rpm, they don't change tire pressure and they don't power shift. I know for a fact a bone stock 88 GT with a Hurst shifter can run 13.90s on a street radial. Hell, NMRA factory stock runs 11s with all factory parts and 3200 pounds.
