Choosing A Camshaft

I have a 88 gt vert with 3.73 and I belive a shift kit(in the pan type not a shifter type) every thing elese is stock that I know of. does anyone know a good camshaft/rocker package that will work with stock heads. I have a.d.d. so I dont like the big pages that try to describe what I need. I just want to say what mods I have and some one pick a camshaft that rates about a 7 1 being mild 10 being wild for streetable use.

no point in getting a cam at this point. since you have stock heads and intake, a cam will probably only slow your car down. get some 1.7 rocker arms...that will effectively give your stock cam more lift. thats the best you can hope for with the stock heads and intake. my2cents

I agree, factory heads don't flow shit for air. A bigger cam will net a minimal gain at best. A set of heads will be a much bigger benefit.
