Valve cover ?

I bought some rockers for a guy and he threw in some valve covers with the deal. The valve covers are for a carbed car. I read on a couple different other sites where guys were saying if your going to run a pcv then dont run breathers on the valve covers because it will create an open vacuum or something. There were saying just run plugs in the valve covers and keep the pcv. I really want to use the valve covers so I don't have to worry about the rockers hitting the stock ones. What do you guys think I should do? Does anybody know where I can get some plugs for them? Any info appreciated. Thanks
