Cleveland Heads...


can u just bolt on a set of cleveland heads to a 5.0 & have a boss motor?
my buddy said that was what makes a boss different from regular gt 5.0...
just wanting to build one for my capri, nitrous motor.....what yall think???

what makes a boss diffrent is the four bolt mains im not sure about the cleveland heads

The Boss engine is an entirely differnt engine than a 5.0.

You can swap the heads, but it requires a great deal of
modification (jerry rigging) to do it.

The only reason people did it back in the day (20 years ago) was because there were no other heads around that flowed any better.

Any of todays bolt-on aftermarket heads will easily out flow and out perform a set of fully ported Boss heads.
