Buying one this week, how much?

I have really really wanted a fox for a while, almost got a saleen, but while waiting for the price to gone down it sold. I have watched over craigslist forever and finally saw a car that looked good on craigslist and in person.

Craigslist 87 ford mustang gt (93 cobra clone)

I have seen it in person, it looks damn nice. Talking to other people the windshield crack should cost a couple 100 bucks to fix the cracks can't be felt from the inside and im informed that that is a good thing and means it can be repaired instead of replaced. He has a spare bumper from ford that just needs painted and put on that he will include for free. He showed me where the car was hit said it wasn't bad and had it repaired and checked, has papers showing that the frame and whatnot is still lined up and whatnot. I really like it and what needs fixed shouldn't take much. Looked over the car, no rust on it but he admitted that the hood had some when he got it that he fixed. What is a fair price for it. He said he would like 7, I was thinking 6 or so, but after looking at it in person I really really want it. So what is a fair price?
