h-pipe w/ high flow cats

how much of a difference in performance and sound is there between an offroad h-pipe and an h-pipe with high flow cats? i have stock exhaust with the exception of a flowmaster catback. i was planning on getting this Mac Performance - performance accessories for cars, trucks, and motorcycles with longtube headers. it says it works with mac headers, but will it work with other header brands too? i want my exhaust to be louder than it is now and i want it to be free-er flowing than it is now but i still have to pass emissions.

I have 2 friends that go cat less and have passed emissisions. I have no idea how, but I'm going to go with hi-flow cats rather then change itout every other year for emissions.

if it wasn't for the sniffer test, i'd try my look running without cats, but since they do sniffer tests, i'm gonna have to have cats

yup cuz then me and sean put a gay ass monster of an h pipe he got from someone that had 4 cats on it, passed perfectly, also my cats were far back on the h pipe, so they were never getting hot enough.
