yes, I've used it, it does help, there are quite a few threads on it, but I'm too lazy to search them... so here's a run down...

1/3 of the can in your gas
1/3 in your crank case
1/3 in a vacuum line that feeds all cylinders

suck seafoam in SLOWLY with the vacuum, I used a straw and cup, when finished, kill the engine, wait 5-10 minutes, then start the engine again, rev it up a little here and there.

drive 300 or so miles then change your oil, gets rid of sludge buildup

I also replaced my fuel filter after a while too, since the filter catches all the crap in the lines that the seafoam cleans

and enjoy the smoke show

and if you seafoam the oil, make sure you change it in a few hundred miles. Honestly i find it more efficient to put half in brake booster (pcv) and half in gas tank. I use synthetic oil so im not too too worried about that..
