Whichever one you go with, make sure its one that goes into your fender, otherwise it's not a true cold air intake.

+1 on the gears.

Bump your timing to 14 or 15* and run 93 octane.

Underdrive pullies.

New rear control arms.

o/r mid-pipe

Smog pump delete

A/C delete

If you really want to make power, you'll have to dig into the engine.

Take the air intake silencer in the fender off, drop in a K&N filter and presto you have a cold air Kit. Spend your money on the gears! Cold air kits on these cars are more for looks than anything else. If you wanna make your own Race Parts Solutions sells elbows, couplings clamps, ect.

Installing gears is something that is way over my head. Its a job best left to a pro. From what I understand there are some specialty tools required to set lash and make sure the gears mesh together correctly. I went from from 3.08s
to 3.73, used Ford Motor Sport on the recommendation of just about everybody! This is one mod you will feel by the seat of your pants. The difference is dramatic. Traction may become an issue depending on what tires you have out back.
