K-Member
I can get a slightly used Granatelli K-member with everything- struts, tubular arm, springs (not coil over) and a couple of other miscellaneous items for $150. If I buy the k-member I get an 8.8 for free- it needs a new gear. Is it worth it? I know there are better k-members out there, but if I do not get this one now, it will be next year and after I have installed my engine. So it will be more of a PITA.

Sounds like a super deal as long as there isn't any damage to any of the parts.

shhhhhhawwing! Smoking deal! BUY IT! Hey, 8.8" rear ends go for 100-175 dollars around hear in stock form. Buy it, sell the rear if you don't need it. OR build up the rear and simply swap it in when done. BUY BUY BUY.

I wouldn't worry about what brand it is, as long as it is straight and in good shape. You can't go wrong there! Like someone else said, sell the 8.8 and make most of your money back. |
