how do i remove this?
and how do i reattach it.. does it just pop off and snap in to place or what?

call a body shop,,I dont think theres any screws ,use a flat blade screw driver wrap some tape around it..

One screw on the end under the moulding then with the door open it will slide toward the rear of the car and come off of the retainer clips
