Hi fellas, I own an 88 GT and I just converted it to mass air. The car cranks up and runs fine but, at cruising speeds, it surges and stalls on the highway. As long as I'm pushing the gas pedal, its fine. I tried to set my TPS voltage but I'm getting 5.00volts. I tried to adjust it but no matter how far I turn the TPS, the voltage remains a contant 5.00volts...(YES, I elongated the screw holes). I've double checked my conversion 1000 times and can't see whats wrong. I'm told I have a bad ground but, I've cleaned and checked all my grounds and I still getting the same readings. I even get 5.00volts in my ECT, ACT, and MAP sensors. I ran a self test and I'm getting codes 22, 31, 53, 54, 67, 84, and 95. I've done everything I could do, and now I'm tired.
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!?
Also, the car doesn't backfire but, it s spitting out black sutt (carbon) all over my driveway.
