uhhh yea i'd say twisted wedge heads or gt40's, 11.5:1 cr, 228/230 111-113.. dual plane and 650 dp... that'll net you a healthy street motor, splurge on your rods and pistons, use a stock crank... make the rest up in pills

forged aluminum pistons and good connecting rods, use the stock crank, set of gt40p heads, 10.5:1 compression (highest you can go with pump gas), MSD ignition, edebrock victor jy intake manifold, Ford racing high volume oil pump, edelbrock torker plus cam and lifter kit, 700cfm holly double pumper carb and a good set of headers. That should get you to 350hp, and you will be all set to buy a NOS nitrous kit for $350 for and extra 150hp at the push of a button.

BTW this is basically my engine set up

About 190 or about 240 with GT40 heads in the lightnings.
