Control Arm Bushings

Is there a difference in between the control arm bushings on an 89 and a 96? I know this is kind of a dumb question but I can get a set of polyurethene bushings for a 96 GT for free if I want them.

LOL, Yeah thats kind of what I was thinking. I'd hate to junk them though, incase my buddy could find someone who might want to buy them.

True, but you should be able to know if they do or dont fit right, then if not ya could always give them back to him and he could sell them? Just a though, someone should post here with a real answer heh. These are stock arms not aftermarket correct?

Yeah they are stock control arms

well then its prob highly unlikely, from what little i know the suspention setup is different in the 94 and up from the foxbody mustangs.
If no one answers, try the Newer Musatng section of this forum, they would know more about their suspension than we would know, since most of us have fox's. But hopefully someone will post soon and help ya out.

Going to Advance Auto Parts web site and typing in the different years they show a different part number for each one.

Hope this helps... This is how I cross a lot of parts so take note. It works!

I did the same thing after I started this thread and noticed that if listed different numbers for them. Its no big deal, I was just curious. I guess I should have done that before bothering you guys. Thanks for all the replies.

I didn't mind checking it at all and I was in no means trying to be a smartazz about it. I know it is hard on these forums to know peoples attitudes but I rarely have one and never mind helping out.

Good luck if your taking the factory bushings from the housing. I hate em!
