Trick Flow Top End Kit

I have seen these that come with upp and lower intake, heads, cam, timing chain, roller rockers, etc. Has anyone bought one of these? What is the power increase? And i have a 95 but all of them are for the up to 93's. I think the inly difference is the throttle body elbow. Anyone know for sure?

Thanks peeps

Ford racing also has one of these kits. Which yeilds more power?

good set up..cant use domes unless there trick flow. and with the twisted valves chambers you need to make sure you have right pistons even on flats. check ptv.. they make good power..edelbrock is good also with there new heads and roller cam..afr is good heads.. rhs is great also
