will these mods make this an high 11 sec car?


1982 mustang GT
Just wandering?

4 speed ram air hood, t-tops 302 bored and stroked .60 347 newly rebuilt less then 100 miles tranny also rebuilt at the same time.

9” rear end Goodyear Eagle one on rear fire hawks on front.

New alternator starter new gages and tacks all new brake lines pads and drums.

All new fuel lines fuel pump distributor wires platinum plugs rocker arms lifters eldelbrock 600 cfm 1406 series eldelbrock streetmaster 289 intake new msd ignition module duel mangna flo mufflers headman headers new battery water pump hoses thermostat.

a 347s a 302 bored .30 over, i dont think our blocks get bored .60 over

ooooooooh is it on the stock heads? if so thats prob the only thing holding it back, foxbody heads blow

347ci = 4.030 bore x 3.400 stroke. The bore isnt 4.060".

It does have a cam in it he told me it turns constant 11's

Just boring the cylinders .030 over would bring the engine to 306ci, but the added stroke (3.400" crank) with the larger bore brings it to 347ci.

I cant see 11s with the mods you have listed. Maybe low 13s, or if your lucky a 12.90.

.060 over with a production roller 302 is striking water.
