U Joints?


When I place the Tranny in "R" I get a hard Clunk. No hard clunk when I place it in Drive?

Normal ? U joints?

Sounds like it could be that, could also be in the rear end. Best thing to do is get under the car and feel for play in the driveshaft.

Sounds like another task for Twist 2 go............

I was curious why it only does it when I put the car in Reverse, and not Drive..............

could be u joints does the car vibrate at all when your driving it or make a moaning sound at all?

It is a Mustang, not sure I would know what to do if it didn't vibrate........................

No moaning, unless thew Mrs. is along for the ride, oh wait, that is bitching and moaning, my bad.................
