I dont see why not. Its not going to hurt anything.
FYI Ive never had any problems with my solid roller setups and I always just hand tightend the poly-locks with a 3/8" ratchet and allen drive, while holding the adjusting nut with a boxed-end wrench.

same here, I am just getting a hint of valve train noise. It's faint, I dont know if they came loose, or if i'm just letting my imagination get the best of me.

if your getting noise then i am betting the lash is to loose. did you adjust to zero lash and then tighten .5 to .75 turn.

I've never used loctite but I don't think it will hurt anything.
