3.08 to 4.10 attempt install or no?

Im running the stock 3.08 gears in my rear right now but I have a set of 4.10 gears in my room waiting, should I do the install or should I take it to a shop, if so anyone know a good shop in upstate NY area, I havent been around in about 5 years. Im running a T-5 right now but I loved them in my auto, the tires just dont break loose like the auto.

Any experience with this? Improper install can cause whining at best most likely worse.

Also you have to have the right tools and it can get expensive..It all depends on how much they want to charge you in your area versus doing it yourself. Its not really hard just time consuming and using specific tools

it will probably cost around 300-400 bucks to install the gears,you should get an installation kit($100) too
