upload them to photobucket or similar site, then cut and copy the IMG code from the upload site and paste them in the box here like you do when you reply to posts

yeah its been hacked up pretty bad. i just want to get rid of all the unwanted wires before i go and fix all the hacked wires
heres the rest of the pics on the end of the wire im holdin is a u shaped piece of plastic that says tach test on it. my dad thinks it goes to my coil but i cant find it in my wiring diagram![]() ![]() for 500 bucks i couldnt pass up an 83 fox with 80,000 miles, a 5 lug swap and a brand new/rebuilt aod. and it dont need more than a couple hundred more bucks to get on the road too. alright for real this time, im headed to bed. later guys |

Looks like you should start by taking all the wires out of the looms and figuring out what is needed and what isn't. Remove (but do not hack up) the wiring that isn't needed (you never know, you might actually need it). Then lay everything out where you want it and buy new wire loom. You can combine all the wiring into a few pieces of wire loom rather than having 50 different single wires going all over the place.
Overall it looks like you don't have too much extra wiring, you just need to get it organized and hide it a little better. For example I have way more wiring on my car than that, but it looks relatively clean. http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/g...t/100_2960.jpg

yeah the guy before me hacked a lot of the wiring and its a PITA to figure out where they all go too. im just a little scared of taking out some wires and then go and try to start my car and nothing happens. im gonna try that loom idea and see how it goes.
and thats a damn clean engine there man. do i need that tach test if i go with an aftermarket coil like the msd blaster coil? |
