Damn, I was in a field/rate/ specialty that you could make the next rank if you could spell your name right. I made it up to E6 in the bare minimum time of service possible. Nice bonuses too. It still was not good enough to keep me in though

well. my rate is pretty open. E-4 was like 68% last cycle. minimum final multiple was only 120-ish. i think ATO2 was closer to 30-35% last cycle.
haven't gotten my eval yet, but i'm pretty sure i got an EP.
i've been doing everything i can to get E-5 with only 2 years in. then, i can just coast. cause E-6 won't roll around until i'm about to get out.

i came in E-3 though. and i didn't even take the test the first time i should have which March of '07. i slept in.

but i picked up 3RD while in C-School before i got to my squadron. i think i can make E-5 this next cycle. i'm a really good test taker, and i'm pretty sure i'm getting a good eval. i don't have anything as far as awards or PNA points, but whatever. so, i'll have to do really well on the test. but i think i've got it. i downloaded the test info as soon as the BIB's came out. i'm gonna be working on plain captain and my EAWS while i'm studying for this. my brain could possibly explode.
