What is your fuel pressure while under boost? 24# injectors with 14# boost seems like a combination that screams lack of fuel. I know you said the A/F is about 10 and starts to get a little higher, I wonder if it get a "little higher" really quick and flops.

Are you using a laptop to tune it? If so then you might need to fool around with the air/fuel ratio chart or just set it back to the default settings

Whats the A/F when she starts spitting? 10.? at WOT seems a bit rich I would shoot for 11.8:1-12.0:1. Can you post a screen shot of your dattalog?

10:1 even on a wideband isn't a real number. It basically means it is too rich to be read accurately.
Are you using an FMU?

yes its definately needs leaned out a little bit in lower rpm WOT but around 5500 its starts to lean out to around 11, I dont have the data log software hooked up yet nor am i sure how it works
fuel pressure spikes to 100 when i get on the throttle and im pretty sure it stays up there through out the ranges i am using a FMU with a 8:1 disc i guess im just gonna haft to delete the FMU and go with 42's. I just dont see why it did'nt do it before i put the pms on |

the FMU isn't the problem and sounds like it is functioning normally.
you probably need to tune the FMU with a bleeder valve and/or different calibration discs (I have a whole set if you are interested, including a 7:1 and 6:1). Disconnect the PMS and see if you are still having the same problem. get that thing on a dyno so it can be tuned.
