gettin some head!

I was wondering what kind of heads most of you guys prefer? I am finally going to buy some. I was leaning to the afr 185cc because they look to be the biggest power adder, but also just about the most expensive. Just wanted some opinions.

they wont work with the stock pistons because they have 2inch valves and the pistons don't have releifs milled into them. The tfs heads do work because the intake valves are rotated.

Yes....The TFS Twisted Wedge heads have a modified valve angle which allows for more piston-to-valve clearence per unit of valve lift. Aka you can have a 2.02 valve in the TFS TW head and use a stock piston up to about .520" of lift with ~225deg of duration @ .050 lift.

What is the rest of the combination?

Also, what the magazine articles say makes the most power is not always what makes the most power.

I've run the stage 2 TFS cam in alot of stock short blocks with Twisted Wedge heads and had alot of PTV left in it. I have not tried but I think you might be able to shoe horn the stage 3 cam in as well.
