Kmember removal/replacement
I am looking at replacing my kmember with a tubular one. How is this removed & is there anything that I need to do to the engine before removing the kmember? How hard of a job is this? thanks.

My question to you is do you think you are able to do it. It is going to be pretty hard and it will take a while/.

It can be done with the engine and trans in but will be a whole lot easier with them out. There is alot of work involved and a realignment is a must. If your chassis has a ton of miles on it, now is the time to replace everything else like the rack, tie rod ends, "A" arms (tubular) or at least new bushings etc.
