ummm wet mixes the fuel and nitrous b4 hitting the engine and dry just delivers stratihgt nitrous?

right.... I thought you were asking wich nitrous was cheaper wet or dry I just wanted to make sure you knew that the nitrous was the same

yea...i ment which kit is cheaper

like a basic efi kit is like 400 bucks

What kind of heaters are you guys using? I've never had a problem with Nitrous Express heaters, no matter how cold it is. Making back to back passes helps because you already have the bottle pressure up and the heater will maintain that bottle pressure. The first time you heat the bottle is the one that takes the longest. After that all you have to do is maintain the pressure.
