Mass Air Meter Question (Cobra 70mm) Help

I upgraded my mass air meter from the stock 55mm to a 70mm cobra. I have read that these are calibrated for 24 lb injectors, should I swap the actual meter part(were the harness plugs in) with the stock one and just use the inlet. What effects would the meter cal. for 24lb injectors have when using that stock 19lb?
