Fuel pump problems

Sorry for such a long post...but read if you can

I couldnt get the bolt out that i dropped down the intake and into the head and time was running out before i left town so i just put the car in a shop and had them get it out. While i was at it i had em put some new motor mounts on and check out the issue i had with the fuel pump not turning on. This is what they said about the fuel pump.
"The fuel pump doesn't come on with key n fuel prine. We found no power for the EEC or fuel pump relays. These relays are batter hot at all times. We found a fuse link connected to the wrong side of the starter relay." My bad "Properly connected the fuse link and now there is power to the relays. The EEC relay and the fuel pump relay now power up with the key on but the ground signal from the fuel pump relay is missing. Add an artificial ground at the test connector and the fuel pump will run. The ground circuit driver in the PCM, (computer) is faulty." Do you guys think that is the real problem? i have another computer ill test tommorow, but could it be anything else like the inertia switch? I got it towed so it could have been thrown....if so where is that located? I checked around in the trunk and didnt see anything.
