need your input
ok so ive been having problems getting my car running right ir runs so rich it will run you out of the garage so i pulled the plugs one at a time to see what they say i have 4 that are black they look like they are burnt and i have 4 that are soaked in gas and dont really look like there firing so i think my pickup coil is bad my friend has one so im gonna get it from him and change it tommorow what you guys think am i going in the right direction ill let you know what it does

is it carbed? efi? Id get a spark plug tester, or check for spark the old fashioned way- pull the wre boot and watch the spark jump to the block while holding the boot with insulated pliers. (hold each close to the block)
