running just a little rich

so yesterday my car starts idling high, dieing at random and having really hard starts after it sat for a few min. this came completely out of nowhere. so i limp it home and try to figure it out and i can smell fuel bad. but there is no leak. so i end up looking into the intake and there is a huge pool of gas and its constantly dripping in.

i came to the conclusion that the holly AFPR that i put on 900miles ago is leaking fuel through the vacuum hose straight into the intake. and since i remover the carbon canister the pressure in the fuel tank keeps pushing it in after it is turned off.

has anyone ever had this happen? i kept the stocker so im gonna put that on in a little bit.

should i just send it back to summit/holley and get another or upgrade to a better one? i sprung for this one cause it was like 30-40$$ cheaper then BBK maybe i should have just spent more
