Would the fuel pressure make it do this?

I think I might have found my problem. I checked my fuel pressure: at idle I get ~38 w/vacuum and ~42 w/o vacuum, at 2500+ rpm my fuel pressure drops to ~32 w/vacuum. Ain't the pressure suppose to go up and not down. This is a stock FPR.

One more question, How can I tell if I'm running lean?

sorry for the ignorance

read your spark plugs...basically if the porcelain is real white or clean you would have a lean condition...there should some color to the porcelain
