I got the replica 03 cobra wheels from afswheels, they were fairly cheap at about 700 shipped. Yes I did have to remove the quadshocks, roll the fenders, beat the inner fender with a BFH, and I also added a MM panhard bar for the rear to keep the rear end nice and tight from moving side to side.

to "bump" a thread is to post a useless response, like the word "bump," in order to keep the thread in the front of the list so more people will see it. usually done when someone is waiting on a question to be answered.

I got the wheels from afswheels.com but it looks like they already discontinued these sizes, Ive had numerous people ask me where I got them and they've said that its no longer listed on their site.

I did have to remove the quad shocks, but with adjustable shocks, steeda heavy duty upper and lower control arms, and a MM panhard bar there is no wheel hop whatsoever.

Love the stance on your car. The rake is perfect. I did much the same as you when fitting mine.

thats a similar setup i want to do, although your changing it. i want the saleen bumper on my GT, i have the cobra rear already just love the saleen front. i saw someone mold one on the GT bumper but now that you put the lx bumper with the saleen air dam it got me thinking.

how hard was it? do you like the fit?

It wasnt that hard to put on, but the only thing that I didnt like was that you need to use double sided tape to have the saleen air dam nice and close to the bumper so it wont sag. I went to lowe's and bought some thicker 3m double sided tape and that seemed to work a lot better than what came with the air dam.

thanks, i think it may be easier to get an lx bumper then trying to mold the GT one
did you use lx moldings on the side of the fender?

Correct, I had to use the front fender extensions off of an lx to make the air dam fit.
