How To Remove Wiring Harness?

Please someone break this down to me because today I am going to be bringing the motor to the guy and I didn't realize the harness was more complicated than I thought. How do you remove the some bitch?

I will paypal someone a measly $5.00 if they can tell me BUT, it has to work

The body, the motor is out of my car and I told the guy he can have the wiring harness for is EFI setup. Also ridding of this wiring harness, did I fuck myself and now I will lose my brake lights? I don't car about anything else but I have to have my brake lights

i went there while i was home and treated myself to some smoked out fog lights that i found out the wiring harness doesnt work after i hooked em up lol
