Help!!!
my engine is making this knocking/grinding noise.. it started yesterday but i thought it was the distributor but i felt it and i dont feel anything.. any ideas?? im tryin to get the sound off my phone onto hear so yall will know what im talkin about

it comes and goes and sounds internal.. it sounds like something is loose and catching somewhere
