what can i do about the rust on the driver side shock tower

Rust
That depends on how much rust there is. If it is just surface rust ie.. paint chipping you can just scrub some naval jelly on it and neutralize it and prime and paint over it. If it is beyond that the only way to get it repaired right is to have a good fabrication shop cut out the bad section and fabricate a good one in its place. How bad is it!!

its worse than surface, i can pull chips of rust off but its not rusted through, if the master cylinder wasnt in the way i could weld i 1/4" thick piece metal on there but rust makes me mad and i need to repair it soon
ideas needed guys
