from a Ls1 TA to a 91 notchback

Hello to all, I'm new to the stang world and I need some help. I have 5.0 91 notch 5 speed and I wanted to know if there is a mod list or is there a way that someone can tell me how to get this car in the high to mid 11 sec. range. Could it be done with the original 302 and could it be done na? I know I can supercharge it but this car is a DD or can I still have it a DD with the supercharger on it?

the answer to all your questions is yes

you can get in the 11's naturally aspirated, it can be done on the original block, and you can definitely daily drive a car with a supercharger on it

they run mid to high 14's stock, but the good news is that they are very cheap and easy to make fast

Stock bottom end
TW heads ...... or such
Simple Ford F cam
Holley Intake
Quicktime Turbo Systems $3,000 turbo kit.
Run 10-12psi.

Get you in the low 11's to high 10's with good chasis/tires/driver

If you have $3-4,000 I would get the turbo kit and slap
it on there. Bone stock it will rock into the high 11's with grip

where you from in nj? the rules are 11.49 or lower and you need a cage. id go either with a top end overhaul or a turbo kit. those are your best and cheapest options

Mustang Turbo Kits.

His kits regularly make 400+rwhp on BONE STOCK engines
at 8-10psi. Stock cam, heads, intake, ect. ect.

400rwhp will get you running 11's all day long.
Too Fast ? ...... only run 6psi

Of course the stock trans, clutch and lower suspension will need
upgrading.
