you're asking a question in the middle of the night... and are expecting an answer in less than an hour... with only 5 people in this section right now... you seriously expect to be answered that quickly?
I'd help, but don't know for sure, and don't want to give you wrong info give people a chance to answer you before you start saying they don't know anything... |

I think the GT/40 intake uses a 65mm.

lmao, ok kid, you're lucky people here are generally nice and will answer you right after you say that this site sucks and that we don't know anything.
I asked you to be patient and if you can't do that then maybe it's you that needs to go "sumwea else punkkk" Last edited by ItaliStang; May 31st, 2008 at 02:17 AM. |

I would opt for the 70 mm since you are gonna have quite a few mods.
So ok quit saying no one knows anything b/c you are the one asking the question"so you must know it all". Dont come onto these forums acting like a dick.. |

A 70mm will be fine but you are looking at about a 3hp gain for $260. That is not very smart horsepower shopping. Sell your Performer heads and take that money and your throttle body allowance and buy some Twisted Wedge or AFR 165 heads. You can find them used all over the place.

yah thats cool so it dont seem like much of a difference for the throttle body anyways, but yah i got those heads for 600 wit the cran motorsport 1.6 rockers i beleive so i kno thats a decent deal for aluminum heads and rockers i just bought them like last week so now im on the hunt for gt40 upper/lower next then guna order my cam n lifters and everythin else

I'm running a 70mm eddy on my car.
In all honesty the tests prove that between a 65 -75mmTB no gains were actually seen from the TB itself. So get what you want. and dont be a dick... were all in different time zones.
