what size TB are the stock MAF good for?

 Fender well cold air intake, 3:73's, eibach springs, 65mm TB, electric fans, 3g upgrade, smog delete, advanced timing, MSD cap and rotor, ford racing 9mm plug wires, 75mm Pro-M MAF, flowmaster sieres 40 delta flows |

do you think my stock MAF is chocking the 65mm throttle body?

i was looking for TB on ebay and other sites and i seem to be just finding 75mm, how much does it usually run to get one re-calibrated if that is even possible
