Help with a/c vents

I recently had my heater core replaced and everything on the dash was working fine for about 2-3 weeks. After that my dash vents longer worked. The vents on the top of the dash near the windshield are working, but the 4 front vents arent blowing anything out. Ive checked vacuum lines in the engine bay and everything was good, but i figured i would ask around before i have someone pull the dash again.

Check the vacuum lines under the center of the dash. You should be able to access most of them without pulling the dash. Your problem lies in there.
