stick parts

How much horsepower is the stock top end (ported and polished mildly) capable of with 8psi from a centri? I was thinking 350rwhp around right?

Stock not stick lol. I was just wondering what people would think. Id love to build a stock looking motor with a supercharger and tell stupid high school kids its the alternator or something.

If someone cant see the difference between supercharger and alternator, how could he tell if your intake and heads is stock or aftermarket?

I dont think that 8psi is enough for 350rwhp with stock top end, even when ported. Maybe that much at crank.

Are you serious? there are some people that will lift the hood and not know where to start searching for the intake manifold.. no joke. Really? i was thinking 350rwhp would be there with the top end stock and a good 8psi.

Don't get anything loud. I have an older V1 and at idle to about 1200 rpm you can hear nothing else but that thing screaming. Very annoying.

Just tell them it is a cold air intake tube you got off ebay that helps wake up the "VTEC" by swirling the incoming air. Really though, I've actually seen a dude with a device in the exhaust that whistles, almost like those small plastic toys you blow into. It was made out of metal and looked to have bearings so I'm sure it was more than a few dollars. I did not talk to him so he may have had it in there as a joke.

Yeah but its alot easier to hide heads cam and intake than a supercharger......especially heads and cam ......I dont know why everyone wants to hide everything....I am having my bottle painted bright orange to match my car and I am gonna pull up and purge the crap out of it.....come get you some...anyone interested in racing for any kind of money is gonna know what they are getting into and gonna ask if you are running any nos or poweradders and lying and getting caught is a good way to get a couple of shots to the head....lol

use this formula to get an estimate.

(BHP/14.7) x (14.7+Boost) = Boosted HP estimate. multiply that by like .85 and that should tell you about what 8psi will do to the rear wheels.

Its a 347 stroker its got world products windsor sr heads on it, see dont it look pretty stock from the intake down, Even if you put aluminum heads on it not many people would even know that they were even aftermarket.

Btw my name is Jordan just incase you didnt know.

I would not go with whatever looks stock i would go with whatever makes hp. If someone asks to look under your hood just make excuses and tell them its stock if you dont want them to know there is anything done to your car.
