solid trans mount

Hey guys. in the middle of my AOD to T-5 swap and i've got a few questions about solid trans and motor mounts. I'm switching to my t-5 and realized i have completely SOLID mounts. should i switch the trans mount to something more durable? I cracked the bellhousing on the old AOD in half what are the pros and cons of solid mounts over say urethane? also if i change my trans mount should i do the same for my motor mounts?

All solid mounts = cracked something. Use a poly mount for the trans and if it's primarily a street driven car, poly engine mounts as well.

solid motor mounts, urethane trans mount, IMO.

That sucks about the bellhousing, prolly caused by the solid trans mount.
